We’ve built this system around small – medium sized conference rooms which is why we’ve bundled it with the HuddleCamHD 3X. This camera offers a 74° field of view, which should be enough for regular sized huddle rooms. You don’t need to sacrifice the quality of your system because it’s not in your budget. The HuddleCamHD 3X offers crystal clear video at 1080p 30 FPS. The camera is also highly compatible with most meeting software such as Adobe Connect, Google Hangouts, Cisco Webex, Zoom.us and many more.
Quicklaunch SE is a highly compatible command software with the ability to keep your applications organized and secure. Easily start or join meetings with the touch or click of a button. It features a “reset room” button that restores the meeting room devices to a clean state; removing sensitive files such as cache or temporary files sent from other users. Quicklaunch on average saves over 10 minutes per meeting with it’s simple to use interface. It increases meeting productivity by 25% by simply using the apps on the dashboard and collaborating. If you plan on using more than one Quicklaunch app you can easily export and import themes and actions from software to software.
The HuddlePod Air is a wireless microphone and speaker with 12′ pickup range. The wireless range can reach up to 35′ depending on the room. The rechargeable battery can last up to 6 hours of use. Easily mute the mic and change the volume of the speaker with the buttons on top of the unit.
This Intel NUC includes a 6th generation i5 processor, 16 GB RAM, 256 SSD, and Windows 10 operating system. It features 4 Super Speed USB 3.0 ports to ensure whatever you plug in to this little beast will work flawlessly. It has two video outputs, one HDMI and one Mini Display, which both carry audio to your display. It also includes a VESA mount, giving you the ability to mount it directly to the wall behind a display. Intel Unite can be installed on most Intel chipset mini PCs and integrates with the Quicklaunch Command Software.
We’ve included our Small Universal Wall Mount in the kit for mounting the camera to the wall. Once mounted, cables can be run under, above, or through the mount depending on your application.
